Green Olive Paste

Bitter paste made from green olives is excellent in combination with almost any dish. It can be used as a bread spread (tapenada), as an addition to sauces, topping in lasagne or it can be served independently with any form of pasta, and a bit of olive oil and cheese. We like to combine it with tortelloni with prosciutto because there is no better combination of flavours than the one with prosciutto, olives, and supreme cheese. The paste only contains olives and olive oil, and no preservatives or additives.
